In Monday's league bout, the Parish Hill Pirates (Chaplin, CT) baseball squad overwhelmed the host Weaver Beavers (Hartford, CT), by a tally of 13-4.
Next up, the Pirates encounter the Old Saybrook Rams (Old Saybrook, CT) in a non-league bout, on Wednesday, May 14. Parish Hill will attempt to upgrade on its 2-6 season record. The Rams enter the bout with a 4-8 record after their 4-3 non-league loss to Coginchaug Regional (Durham, CT).
The Beavers (1-9) will now prepare for their bout against Academy of Aerospace and Engineering (Windsor, CT). The Jets enter the non-league bout with a 1-5 record.
