Fans at Monday's league contest between the Cumberland Clippers (Cumberland, RI) and the host Mt. Hope Huskies (Bristol, RI), witnessed Cumberland's lacrosse squad top Mt. Hope by a count of 17-6.

The Clippers (11-2) will now prepare for their contest against Narragansett (Narragansett, RI). The Mariners enter the Division 2 contest with a 2-10 record.

Next, the Huskies meet the Burrillville Broncos (Harrisville, RI) in a Division 2 contest, on Tuesday, May 13. Mt. Hope will attempt to move on its 2-9 season record. The Broncos enter the contest with a 5-5 record after their 18-16 league loss to South Kingstown (Wakefield, RI).
