In Monday's league test, the Carlmont Scots (Belmont, CA) softball squad overwhelmed the visiting Capuchino Mustangs (San Bruno, CA), by a tally of 19-4.

Coming up next, the Scots confront the Sequoia Ravens (Redwood City, CA) in a battle, on Wednesday, May 14. Carlmont will attempt to better on its 16-1 season record. The Ravens come into the battle with a 2-12 record after their 19-6 league loss to Aragon (San Mateo, CA).

With the loss, Capuchino moves to 3-9 on the season.
