Pennsylvania High School Softball - Abington Heights bounces North Pocono

May 12, 2025: Covington Township, PA 18444

In Monday's non-league match, the visiting Abington Heights Comets softball team scored a tight 7-3 victory over the North Pocono Trojans.

The Comets (17-2) will now prepare for their match against Wallenpaupack Area (Hawley, PA). The Buckhorns go into the non-league match with a 8-7 record. In their last match, Wallenpaupack Area tipped Scranton Prep (Scranton, PA), 17-3, in a non-league match.

In their next game, the Trojans battle the Scranton Knights (Scranton, PA) in a non-league match, on Tuesday, May 13. North Pocono will attempt to better on its 14-4 season record. The Knights go into the match with a 1-15 record after their 14-4 league loss to West Scranton (Scranton, PA).
