The Bellows Falls Terriers softball team scored 15 runs and held the visiting Springfield Cosmos to 5 in the Terriers league win on Monday.
The Terriers now sport a 7-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Hartford for a SVL B battle on Wednesday, May 14. Bellows Falls will confront a Hurricanes team coming off a 15-3 non-league win over Brattleboro (Brattleboro, VT). The Hurricanes record now stands at 6-2.
With the loss, Springfield moves to 1-5 on the season. The Cosmos host Otter Valley (Brandon, VT) to confront the Otters in a SVL B battle on Thursday, May 15. The Otters come into the battle with a record of 8-3.
