The Union Grove Broncos triumphed over the host Burlington Demons softball squad by a count of 12-6 in Monday's league challenge.

Next, the Broncos meet the Oak Creek Knights (Oak Creek, WI) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, May 13. Union Grove will attempt to upgrade on its 18-5 season record. The Knights enter the challenge with a 13-6 record after their 8-6 non-league loss to Arrowhead (Hartland, WI).

The Demons (8-11) will now prepare for their challenge against Beloit Memorial (Beloit, WI). The Purple Knights enter the Southern Lakes challenge with a 6-15 record. In their last game, Beloit Memorial was routed by Westosha Central (Salem, WI), 10-0, in a league game.
