Pennsylvania High School Softball - Northwestern bounces Cathedral Prep

In Monday's league match, the host Northwestern Wildcats softball team scored a nice 19-4 victory over the Cathedral Prep Ramblers.
The Wildcats (9-2) will now prepare for their match against North East (North East, PA). The Grape Pickers go into the District 10 Region 3 match with a 4-14 record. In their last match, North East was routed by General McLane (Edinboro, PA), 10-2, in a non-league match.
In their next game, the Ramblers battle the Conneaut Area Eagles (Linesville, PA) in a District 10 Region 3 match, on Tuesday, May 13. Cathedral Prep will attempt to better on its 7-6 season record. The Eagles go into the match with a 1-13 record after their 8-6 league win over Girard (Girard, PA).
