Pennsylvania High School Softball - Holy Cross bounces Dunmore

May 12, 2025: Dunmore, PA 18512

The Holy Cross Crusaders (Dunmore, PA) softball triumphed over the host Dunmore Bucks (Dunmore, PA), 8-0 in Monday's league challenge.

Next, the Crusaders play the Mid Valley Spartans (Throop, PA) in a Lackawanna 3 challenge, on Thursday, May 15. Holy Cross will attempt to upgrade on its 18-1 season record. The Spartans enter the challenge with a 18-2 record after their 13-0 league win over Honesdale (Honesdale, PA).

The Bucks (11-8) will now prepare for their challenge against Old Forge (Old Forge, PA). The Blue Devils enter the Lackawanna 3 challenge with a 9-10 record. In their last challenge, Old Forge was routed by Wyoming Area (Exeter, PA), 8-0, in a non-league challenge.
