Indiana High School Softball - Greensburg bounces Rushville

May 12, 2025: Greensburg, IN 47240

In Monday's league match, the host Greensburg Pirates softball team scored a tight 6-0 win over the Rushville Lions.

The Pirates (14-2) will now prepare for their match against South Dearborn (Aurora, IN). The Knights come into the Eastern Indiana match with a 3-8 record. In their last match, South Dearborn was routed by East Central (St. Leon, IN), 12-1, in a league match.

In their next game, the Lions confront the Franklin County Wildcats (Brookville, IN) in a Eastern Indiana match, on Tuesday, May 13. Rushville will attempt to better on its 4-13 season record. The Wildcats come into the match with a 9-9 record after their 9-7 league loss to Lawrenceburg (Lawrenceburg, IN).
