The crowd at Monday's league bout between the Harvard Hornets (Harvard, IL) and the visiting Plano Reapers (Plano, IL), observed Harvard's softball team get by Plano by a tally of 10-5.

The Hornets (13-10) will now prepare for their bout against Johnsburg (Johnsburg, IL). The Skyhawks go into the Kishwaukee River bout with a 9-14 record. In their last bout, Johnsburg tipped Grant Community (Fox Lake, IL), 6-5, in a non-league bout.

In their next game, the Reapers battle the Richmond-Burton Rockets (Richmond, IL) in a Kishwaukee River bout, on Tuesday, May 13. Plano will attempt to advance on its 6-18 season record. The Rockets go into the bout with a 20-8 record after their 10-0 league win over Marengo (Marengo, IL).
