Pennsylvania High School Softball - Pottsville bounces Mahanoy Area

The Pottsville Crimson Tide softball team scored 10 runs and held the visiting Mahanoy Area Golden Bears to 5 in the Crimson Tide league win on Monday.

The Crimson Tide now sport a 10-9 record. They put it on the line next when they host Panther Valley for a Schuylkill I battle on Tuesday, May 13. Pottsville will confront a Panthers team coming off a 15-0 non-league win over Notre Dame (East Stroudsburg, PA). The Panthers record now stands at 10-10.

With the loss, Mahanoy Area moves to 8-11 on the season.
