Next, the Indians meet the Martin County West Mavericks (Sherburn, MN) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, May 13. Sleepy Eye will attempt to upgrade on its 13-5 season record. The Mavericks go into the challenge with a 16-2 record after their 17-0 non-league win over Red Rock Central/Westbrook-Walnut Grove (Lamberton, MN).

The Falcons (4-13) will now prepare for their challenge against Heron Lake-Okabena/Fulda (Okabena, MN). The Coyotes go into the non-league challenge with a 0-7 record. In their last challenge, Heron Lake-Okabena/Fulda was routed by Russell-Tyler-Ruthton (Tyler, MN), 14-4, in a non-league challenge.
