Montana High School Baseball - Polson defeats Bigfork

The crowd at Tuesday's league battle between the Polson Pirates (Polson, MT) and the host Bigfork Vikings and Valkyries (Bigfork, MT), saw Polson's baseball team gain a win over Bigfork by a tally of 9-4.

The Pirates (11-7) will now prepare for their battle against Columbia Falls (Columbia Falls, MT). The Wildcats enter the Class ABC -North battle with a 13-4 record. In their last battle, Columbia Falls held off Flathead (Kalispell, MT), 10-9, in a non-league battle.

Next, the Vikings and Valkyries face the Glacier Wolfpack (Kalispell, MT) in a non-league battle, on Friday, May 15. Bigfork will attempt to upgrade on its 10-4 season record. The Wolfpack enter the battle with a 10-6 record after their 9-5 league loss to Sentinel (Missoula, MT).
