The Willmar Cardinals softball team scored 24 runs and held the host Fergus Falls Otters to 10 in the Cardinals league win on Tuesday.

The Cardinals now sport a 7-9 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Sauk Rapids-Rice for a Central Lakes battle on Thursday, May 14. Willmar will confront a Storm team coming off a 4-0 non-league win over Foley (Foley, MN). The Storm record now stands at 10-9.

With the loss, Fergus Falls moves to 0-17 on the season. The Otters travel to Bemidji (Bemidji, MN) to confront the Lumberjacks in a non-league battle on Thursday, May 14. The Lumberjacks come into the battle with a record of 8-7. Bemidji lost 15-14 in their recent league battle against Moorhead (Moorhead, MN)
