Two Rivers Warriors (Mendota Heights, MN) supporters left the game thrilled Tuesday as they saw their softball squad nip the host Simley Spartans (Inver Grove Heights, MN), 18-11 in a league game.

With the triumph, Two Rivers improves its record to 11-3 on the year. The Warriors host Coon Rapids (Coon Rapids, MN) to play the Cardinals in a non-league game on Wednesday, May 13. The Cardinals enter the game with a record of 7-12. Coon Rapids lost 12-3 in their recent non-league game against Irondale/Mounds View (New Brighton, MN)

The Spartans now hold a 9-6 record.
