The Bucksport Golden Bucks baseball team scored 8 runs and limited the visiting Washington Academy Raiders to 1 in the Golden Bucks league victory on Friday.
The Golden Bucks (9-2) will now prepare for their match against Central (East Corinth, ME). The Red Devils go into the Class C North match with a 5-5 record. In their last match, Central was overwhelmed by Mattanawcook (Lincoln, ME), 8-2, in a league match.
The Raiders (5-4) will now prepare for their match against George Stevens Academy (Blue Hill, ME). The Eagles go into the Class C North match with a 2-6 record. In their last match, George Stevens Academy was overwhelmed by Orono (Orono, ME), 7-4, in a league match.
