The Lyman Hall Trojans crushed the host Cheshire Rams baseball team by a count of 16-8 in Friday's league bout.
The Trojans now possess a 10-6 record. They take the field next when they travel to Fairfield Prep for a non-league bout on Monday, May 16.
Next, the Rams face the West Haven Blue Devils (West Haven, CT) in a Southern Connecticut - Housatonic bout, on Monday, May 16. Cheshire will attempt to move on its 9-9 season record. The Blue Devils enter the bout with a 8-8 record after their 19-2 non-league win over Platt RVT (Milford, CT).
