Loomis Chaffee School Pelicans (Windsor, CT) fans exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the host Kingswood Oxford Wyverns (West Hartford, CT), 12-3 in a league test.

With the win, Loomis Chaffee School upgrades its record to 13-2 on the season. The Pelicans host Kent School (Kent, CT) to battle the Lions in a Founders test on Saturday, May 14. The Lions come into the test with a record of 0-15. Kent School lost 5-4 in their recent league test against Avon Old Farms (Avon, CT)

With the defeat, Kingswood Oxford falls to 9-5 on the season. The Wyverns host Choate Rosemary Hall School (Wallingford, CT) to battle the Wild Boars in a NEPSAC Freelance test on Monday, May 16. The Wild Boars come into the test with a record of 5-10. Choate Rosemary Hall School won 8-2 in their recent league test against Trinity-Pawling School (Pawling, NY)
