The Midlothian Trojans crushed the host Manchester Lancers baseball team by a count of 10-4 in Friday's league bout.
The Trojans now possess a 6-8 record. They take the field next when they travel to Prince George for a non-league bout on Monday, May 16. Midlothian will face a Royals team coming off a 24-4 league win over Petersburg (Petersburg, VA). The Royals record now stands at 7-9.
Next, the Lancers face the Hermitage Panthers (Richmond, VA) in a non-league bout, on Monday, May 16. Manchester will attempt to move on its 9-7 season record. The Panthers enter the bout with a 5-10 record after their 10-0 league loss to J.R. Tucker (Henrico, VA).
