Maine High School Baseball - Stearns loses to Searsport

In Friday's non-league game, the visiting Searsport Vikings baseball team scored a tight 5-1 victory over the Stearns Minutemen.
The Vikings (7-3) will now prepare for their game against Sumner (East Sullivan, ME). The Tigers go into the non-league game with a 2-8 record. In their last game, Sumner tipped Jonesport-Beals (Jonesport, ME), 9-5, in a non-league game.
The Minutemen (6-2) will now prepare for their game against Schenck (East Millinocket, ME). The Wolverines go into the Class D North game with a 1-8 record. In their last contest, Schenck was overwhelmed by Lee Academy (Lee, ME), 13-12, in a league contest.
