In Friday's league test, the visiting Bourne Canalmen lacrosse squad scored a tight 10-9 victory over the Greater New Bedford RVT Bears.

The Canalmen now have a 2-8 record. They take the field next when they host Monomoy for a non-league test on Monday, May 16. Bourne will face a Sharks squad coming off a 13-9 league loss to Falmouth Academy (Falmouth, MA). The Sharks record now stands at 4-5.

In their next game, the Bears face the Blue Hills RVT Warriors (Canton, MA) in a non-league test, on Monday, May 16. Greater New Bedford RVT will attempt to move on its 3-10 season record. The Warriors come into the test with a 6-7 record after their 14-2 league loss to Old Colony RVT (Rochester, MA).
