The Cumberland Clippers lacrosse team scored 21 points and held the host Mt. Hope Huskies to 7 in the Clippers league win on Friday.
The Clippers (8-3) will now prepare for their game against Mount St. Charles Academy (Woonsocket, RI). The Mounties go into the Division 2 game with a 10-1 record. In their last game, Mount St. Charles Academy prevailed over Barrington (Barrington, RI), 13-9, in a non-league game.
