Trinity Christian Gryphons (Fairfax, VA) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad gain a win over the visiting Saint John Paul the Great Catholic Wolves (Dumfries, VA), 8-6 in a non-league battle.

The Gryphons now have a 8-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Virginia Episcopal School for a non-league battle on Wednesday, May 18. Trinity Christian will clash with a Bishops squad coming off a 10-6 non-league loss to North Cross (Roanoke, VA). The Bishops record now stands at 6-7.
