In Friday's league contest, the Oxford Wolverines (Oxford, CT) softball team overwhelmed the visiting Ansonia Chargers (Ansonia, CT), by a margin of 13-1.
With the triumph, Oxford moves its record to 16-3 on the year. The Wolverines travel to Kennedy (Waterbury, CT) to play the Eagles in a Naugatuck Valley - Brass contest on Tuesday, May 17.
