Maine High School Softball - John Bapst Memorial loses to Mount Desert Island

The Mount Desert Island Trojans softball team scored 12 runs and limited the visiting John Bapst Memorial Crusaders to 4 in the Trojans league triumph on Friday.
With the triumph, Mount Desert Island improves its record to 5-2 on the year. The Trojans host Brewer (Brewer, ME) to clash with the Witches in a non-league game on Wednesday, May 18. The Witches come into the game with a record of 1-3.
In their next game, the Crusaders clash with the Ellsworth Eagles (Ellsworth, ME) in a Class B North game, on Monday, May 16. John Bapst Memorial will attempt to improve on its 6-5 season record.
