Spectators at Saturday's league battle between the Olmsted Owls (Buffalo, NY) and the host Burgard Bulldogs (Buffalo, NY), saw Olmsted's baseball squad knock off Burgard by a count of 22-4.

Coming up next, the Owls play the Hutchinson-Central Tech Engineers (Buffalo, NY) in a Buffalo Cornell Cup I battle, on Wednesday, May 17. Olmsted will attempt to move on its 7-6 season record.

The Bulldogs now possess a 1-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to City Honors for a Buffalo Cornell Cup I battle on Monday, May 15. Burgard will play a Centaurs squad coming off a 11-6 non-league loss to Griffith Institute (Springville, NY). The Centaurs record now stands at 13-2.
