In Saturday's non-league game, the visiting Holmes County Blue Devils baseball team scored a tight 9-7 victory over the Jay Royals.

The Blue Devils (11-18) will now prepare for their game against Lafayette (Mayo, FL). The Hornets go into the non-league game with a 21-4 record. In their last game, Lafayette tipped Union County (Lake Butler, FL), 14-3, in a non-league game.
