The Juneau-Douglas Crimson Bears baseball team scored 7 runs and limited the visiting Ketchikan Kings to 1 in the Crimson Bears league victory on Saturday.
The Crimson Bears (4-3) will now prepare for their match against Sitka (Sitka, AK). The Wolves go into the Southeast DI match with a 9-1 record. In their last match, Sitka was overwhelmed by Thunder Mountain (Juneau, AK), 12-6, in a league match.
The Kings (4-6) will now prepare for their match against Petersburg (Petersburg, AK). The Vikings go into the non-league match with a 3-11 record. In their last match, Petersburg edged Thunder Mountain (Juneau, AK), 17-12, in a non-league match.
