Connecticut High School Baseball - Taft School can't hold off Westminster School

In Saturday's league game, the visiting Westminster School Martlets baseball team scored a tight 4-3 victory over the Taft School Big Red.

The Martlets (11-5) will now prepare for their game against Trinity-Pawling School (Pawling, NY). The Pride go into the Founders game with a 6-8 record. In their last game, Trinity-Pawling School was edged by Choate Rosemary Hall School (Wallingford, CT), 12-3, in a league game.

The Big Red (7-9) will now prepare for their game against Canterbury School (New Milford, CT). The Saints go into the non-league game with a 13-2 record. In their last game, Canterbury School tipped Berkshire School (Sheffield, MA), 10-0, in a league game.
