The Foxcroft Academy Ponies softball team scored 12 runs and limited the visiting Presque Isle Wildcats to 2 in the Ponies league triumph on Saturday.

With the triumph, Foxcroft Academy improves its record to 3-7 on the year. The Ponies travel to Nokomis (Newport, ME) to clash with the Warriors in a Class B North game on Tuesday, May 16. The Warriors come into the game with a record of 11-0. Nokomis won 4-1 in their recent league game against Winslow (Winslow, ME)

In their next game, the Wildcats clash with the Greater Houlton Christian Academy (Houlton, ME) in a non-league game, on Thursday, May 18. Presque Isle will attempt to improve on its 4-5 season record. The come into the game with a 3-3 record after their 14-11 non-league win over Washington Academy (East Machias, ME).
