Spectators at Saturday's league match between the North Tonawanda Lumberjacks (North Tonawanda, NY) and the visiting Kenmore West Blue Devils (Buffalo, NY), witnessed North Tonawanda's softball squad tip Kenmore West by a count of 8-4.

The Lumberjacks now sport a 13-4 record. They play next when they host City Honors for a non-league match on Monday, May 15. North Tonawanda will meet a Centaurs squad coming off a 8-7 non-league loss to Hamburg (Hamburg, NY). The Centaurs record now stands at 4-2.

With the loss, Kenmore West moves to 8-7 on the season. The Blue devils host Kenmore East (Tonawanda, NY) to meet the Bulldogs in a Section 6 Niagara - Frontier match on Monday, May 15. The Bulldogs go into the match with a record of 5-12. Kenmore East won 7-4 in their recent league match against Lewiston-Porter (Youngstown, NY)
