The Shore Regional Blue Devils softball team scored 9 runs and limited the visiting Point Pleasant Beach Garnet Gulls to 4 in the Blue Devils non-league triumph on Saturday.
With the triumph, Shore Regional improves its record to 2-0 on the year. The Blue Devils travel to Point Pleasant Boro (Point Pleasant, NJ) to clash with the Panthers in a non-league game on Monday, May 15. The Panthers come into the game with a record of 14-5.
In their next game, the Garnet Gulls clash with the Lacey Township Lions (Lanoka Harbor, NJ) in a non-league game, on Monday, May 15. Point Pleasant Beach will attempt to improve on its 7-5 season record. The Lions come into the game with a 6-10 record after their 15-1 league win over Liberty (Jackson, NJ).
