In Saturday's non-league contest, the Tabernacle Torches (Gardendale, AL) softball team overwhelmed the host Tuscaloosa Christian Warriors (Cottondale, AL), by a margin of 22-15.

With the triumph, Tabernacle moves its record to 14-2 on the year. The Torches travel to Russell Christian Academy (Meridian, MS) to play the Warriors in a non-league contest on Saturday, May 13. The Warriors come into the contest with a record of 12-7. Russell Christian Academy won 13-0 in their recent non-league contest against Pineview Christian (Harvest, AL)
