The Whitman-Hanson Regional Panthers crushed the visiting Duxbury Dragons baseball team by a count of 7-1 in Monday's league bout.

The Panthers now possess a 11-6 record. They take the field next when they travel to Bridgewater-Raynham for a non-league bout on Wednesday, May 15. Whitman-Hanson Regional will face a Trojans team coming off a 4-3 non-league loss to New Bedford (New Bedford, MA). The Trojans record now stands at 4-12.

The Dragons (4-11) will now prepare for their game against Silver Lake Regional (Kingston, MA). The Lakers go into the Patriot - Keenan game with a 7-8 record. In their last game, Silver Lake Regional was overwhelmed by Plymouth North (Plymouth, MA), 10-0, in a league game.
