The Maynard Tigers crushed the host Gardner Wildcats baseball team by a tally of 6-0 in Monday's non-league bout.
The Tigers now hold a 8-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to Bromfield for a Midland-Wachusett D bout on Wednesday, May 15. Maynard will face a Trojans team coming off a 14-4 non-league win over Narragansett Regional (Baldwinville, MA). The Trojans record now stands at 10-5.
Next, the Wildcats face the Murdock Blue Devils (Winchendon, MA) in a non-league bout, on Wednesday, May 15. Gardner will attempt to advance on its 1-13 season record. The Blue Devils enter the bout with a 0-14 record after their 25-2 non-league loss to Tahanto Regional (Boylston, MA).
