The Lafayette Patriots crushed the host Port Richmond Raiders baseball team by a tally of 14-4 in Monday's non-league bout.
The Patriots now hold a 9-4 record. They take the field next when they host Telecommunication Arts Tech for a PSAL Brooklyn - A West bout on Tuesday, May 14. Lafayette will face a Yellowjackets team coming off a 11-5 non-league loss to CSI International Studies (Staten Island, NY). The Yellowjackets record now stands at 4-8.
Next, the Raiders face the McKee Vo-Tech Seagulls (Staten Island, NY) in a PSAL Staten Island A bout, on Tuesday, May 14. Port Richmond will attempt to advance on its 7-5 season record. The Seagulls enter the bout with a 12-0 record after their 2-1 league win over Petrides (Staten Island, NY).
