Naples Big Green Machines (Naples, NY) fans exited the stadium thrilled Monday as they observed their baseball squad hold off the visiting South Seneca/Romulus Falcons (Ovid, NY), 8-7 in a league test.

With the win, Naples upgrades its record to 7-11 on the season. The Big Green Machines travel to Honeoye (Honeoye, NY) to battle the Bulldogs in a Section 5 Finger Lakes - West test on Tuesday, May 14. The Bulldogs come into the test with a record of 7-4. Honeoye won 11-4 in their recent non-league test against Bradford Central (Bradford, NY)

With the defeat, South Seneca/Romulus falls to 0-2 on the season.
