The South Colonels baseball team scored 15 runs and limited the visiting North Polar Bears to 4 in the Colonels non-league victory on Monday.
The Colonels (6-9) will now prepare for their match against Shepherd Hill Regional (Dudley, MA). The Rams go into the non-league match with a 10-5 record. In their last match, Shepherd Hill Regional was overwhelmed by Nashoba Regional (Bolton, MA), 6-2, in a non-league match.
The Polar Bears (0-14) will now prepare for their match against Montachusett RVT (Fitchburg, MA). The Bulldogs go into the non-league match with a 7-4 record. In their last match, Montachusett RVT ran past Assabet Valley RVT (Marlborough, MA), 7-6, in a league match.
