The Arts Jaguars (Newark, NJ) volleyball overcame the host KIPP Newark Lab Sharks (Newark, NJ), 2-0 in Monday's league outing.

With the win, Arts upgrades its record to 12-5 on the year. The Jaguars host Lincoln (Jersey City, NJ) to face the Lions in a non-league outing on Tuesday, May 14. The Lions go into the outing with a record of 4-13.

The Sharks now own a 1-13 record. They play next when they travel to Newark Collegiate Academy for a SEC - Independence outing on Wednesday, May 15. KIPP Newark Lab will face a Panthers squad coming off a 2-0 league loss to Tech (Newark, NJ). The Panthers record now stands at 4-8.
