With the win, Goochland advances its record to 5-9 on the campaign. The Bulldogs host Western Albemarle (Crozet, VA) to play the Warriors in a Jefferson outing on Friday, May 17. The Warriors go into the outing with a record of 13-1.

In their next game, the Flying Flucos play the Monticello Mustangs (Charlottesville, VA) in a Jefferson outing, on Thursday, May 16. Fluvanna County will attempt to advance on its 3-12 season record. The Mustangs go into the outing with a 6-7 record after their 9-1 league loss to Orange County (Orange, VA).
