The East Side Red Raiders routed the visiting Tech Panthers softball squad by a final score of 14-4 in Monday's league battle.

The Red Raiders (10-7) will now prepare for their battle against West Orange (West Orange, NJ). The Mountaineers go into the SEC - Colonial battle with a 13-7 record. In their last battle, West Orange topped St. Vincent Academy (Newark, NJ), 28-7, in a non-league battle.

The Panthers now possess a 3-13 record. They play next when they travel to Bloomfield for a non-league battle on Tuesday, May 14. Tech will meet a Bengals squad coming off a 4-2 non-league win over North Arlington (North Arlington, NJ). The Bengals record now stands at 12-9.
