Spectators at Monday's league match between the Fall Mountain Wildcats (Langdon, NH) and the visiting Mascoma Royals (Canaan, NH), witnessed Fall Mountain's softball squad prevail over Mascoma by a count of 15-3.

The Wildcats now sport a 5-6 record. They play next when they travel to Winnisquam for a Division III match on Tuesday, May 14.

With the loss, Mascoma moves to 1-10 on the season. The Royals host Newport (Newport, NH) to face the Tigers in a Division III match on Wednesday, May 15. The Tigers go into the match with a record of 12-0. Newport won 10-1 in their recent league match against Newfound Regional (Bristol, NH)
