The Highland Park Scots (St. Paul, MN) softball nipped the host Minnehaha Academy Red Hawks (Minneapolis, MN), 6-5 in Monday's non-league bout.
The Scots (9-6) will now prepare for their bout against Roosevelt (Minneapolis, MN). The Teddies go into the non-league bout with a 10-5 record. In their last bout, Roosevelt was edged by Richfield (Richfield, MN), 12-2, in a non-league bout.
The Red Hawks now possess a 10-6 record. They play next when they host St. Paul Academy-Summit for a non-league bout on Monday, May 13.
