South Webster Jeeps (South Webster, OH) fans exited the stadium thrilled Monday as they saw their softball squad achieve victory over the visiting Rock Hill Redmen (Ironton, OH), 11-1 in a non-league challenge.
The Jeeps now sport a 16-3 record. They take the field next when they host Ironton for a non-league challenge on Thursday, May 16. South Webster will face a Fighting Tigers squad coming off a 13-5 non-league win over Meigs (Pomeroy, OH). The Fighting Tigers record now stands at 19-5.
With the loss, Rock Hill falls to 7-11 on the campaign.
