The Wauzeka-Steuben Hornets softball team scored 12 runs and limited the host Seneca Indians to 0 in the Hornets league triumph on Monday.

With the triumph, Wauzeka-Steuben moves its record to 18-2 on the year. The Hornets host Riverdale (Muscoda, WI) to clash with the Chieftains in a non-league game on Thursday, May 16. The Chieftains come into the game with a record of 4-16. Riverdale lost 21-0 in their recent non-league game against Cuba City (Cuba City, WI)

In their next game, the Indians clash with the Westby Norsemen (Westby, WI) in a non-league game, on Tuesday, May 14. Seneca will attempt to move on its 8-11 season record. The Norsemen come into the game with a 3-14 record after their 7-2 league loss to Luther (Onalaska, WI).
