The Bandon Tigers baseball team scored 14 runs and held the visiting Waldport Irish to 1 in the Tigers league win on Tuesday.

The Tigers now own a 7-8 record. They take the field next when they host Sutherlin for a non-league test on Wednesday, May 14. Bandon will clash with a Bulldogs team coming off a 12-4 league loss to Douglas (Winston, OR). The Bulldogs record now stands at 6-15.

With the defeat, Waldport drops to 6-13 on the year. The Irish travel to Myrtle Point (Myrtle Point, OR) to clash with the Bobcats in a 2A/1A-SD4 Special District 4 test on Friday, May 16. The Bobcats go into the test with a record of 20-4. Myrtle Point won 17-0 in their recent non-league test against Oakland (Oakland, OR)
