Connecticut High School Baseball - Canton edges Lewis Mills

In Tuesday's non-league game, the visiting Canton Warriors baseball team scored a close 7-5 win over the Lewis Mills Spartans.
The Warriors (6-7) will now prepare for their game against Rockville (Vernon, CT). The Rams go into the North Central Connecticut game with a 6-6 record. In their last game, Rockville nudged East Windsor (East Windsor, CT), 17-0, in a league game.
Next, the Spartans play the Farmington River Hawks (Farmington, CT) in a non-league game, on Wednesday, May 14. Lewis Mills will attempt to improve on its 2-13 season record. The River Hawks go into the game with a 9-8 record after their 6-3 league win over Northwest Catholic (West Hartford, CT).
