The South Iron Panthers (Annapolis, MO) baseball got by the visiting East Carter Redbirds (Ellsinore, MO), 7-6 in Tuesday's non-league challenge.
The Panthers now own a 15-6 record. They take the field next when they host Valley for a non-league challenge on Wednesday, May 14.
With the defeat, East Carter drops to 15-11 on the year. The Redbirds travel to Greenville (Greenville, MO) to clash with the Bears in a Class 2 District 2 challenge on Wednesday, May 14. The Bears go into the challenge with a record of 15-4.
