South Lyon East Cougars (South Lyon, MI) fans left the game pleased Tuesday as they observed their baseball squad achieve victory over the visiting Walled Lake Western Warriors (Walled Lake, MI), 3-0 in a league match.
With the triumph, South Lyon East advances its record to 11-11 on the season. The Cougars host Walled Lake Western (Walled Lake, MI) to battle the Warriors in a Lakes Valley match on Tuesday, May 13. The Warriors come into the match with a record of 11-12. Walled Lake Western lost 11-9 in their recent non-league match against West Bloomfield (West Bloomfield, MI)
The Warriors now have a 11-14 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to South Lyon East for a Lakes Valley match on Tuesday, May 13.
