In Tuesday's league challenge, the host Bloom Blazing Trojan volleyball team scored a close 2-1 triumph over the Kankakee Kays.

The Blazing Trojan (10-9) will now prepare for their challenge against Rich Township (Olympia Fields, IL). The Raptors come into the challenge with a 9-13 record. In their last challenge, Rich Township edged Thornridge (Dolton, IL), 2-0, in a league challenge.

Next, the Kays play the Crete-Monee Warriors (Crete, IL) in a challenge, on Tuesday, May 20. Kankakee will attempt to upgrade on its 7-9 season record. The Warriors come into the challenge with a 8-18 record after their 2-0 league win over Thornridge (Dolton, IL).
